CO₂ cascade and transcritical applications are different duties. Kelvion’s checked GBH-HP overview lists 140 bar and transcritical CO₂; this family value must not be assigned automatically to both circuits of every model.
Include installation requirements
Connections, mounting space and service strategy belong in the technical discussion. Confirm material compatibility and use the model manual for installation requirements.
Prepare for the discussion
- Fluids, composition and relevant material requirements
- Flow rates and inlet/outlet temperatures on both circuits
- Design conditions and allowable pressure drop on each side
- Exact model, nameplate and current technical documents
