Plate inspection
Visual inspection of Heat Exchanger Plates, determination of damage, replacement of deformed heat exchanger plates.

Dye Penetration, Leak Test
After visual inspection of the exchanger plates, Dye Penetration (Dye Leak Test) is performed on the suspected exchanger plates and the damaged exchanger plates are determined.

Stage 5
Gasket replacement phase
For plug-in plate heat exchanger gaskets, new plate heat exchanger gaskets are placed in the bearings on the heat exchanger plate, and for glued ones, they are glued onto the heat exchanger plate with adhesives suitable for the plate heat exchanger gasket material.
