The NW Series transfers heat in fluids containing solid particles. Such fluids can clog conventional heat-exchanger channels and cause costly shutdowns, particularly in bioethanol, paper and wastewater plants. Wide-gap, specially patterned NW plates reduce the risk of blockage. Their herringbone pattern and metallic contact points maintain turbulence, promote a self-cleaning effect and limit fouling. This supports efficient heat transfer while extending service intervals and reducing maintenance costs.

OptiWave

The fluid is distributed homogeneously on the plate surface thanks to the optimized heat exchanger plate pattern. Thus, high heat transfer coefficients are achieved in the plate heat exchanger.

PosLoc

The PosLoc system keeps the plate pack correctly aligned, reducing the risk of damage to plates and gaskets during maintenance and cleaning and helping extend their service life.

ecoloc gasket

Thanks to the EcoLoc system used in our plate heat exchangers, which does not require adhesives, heat exchanger gaskets can be replaced easily and quickly. This provides an advantage in operating costs.
