With the ND series, it has become possible to safely transfer the heat of fluids that are dangerous to mix together in a single exchanger. The double-walled plate system is obtained by welding two thin plates. Even in the event of punctures that may occur on the plate surfaces, the leakage will not come into contact with the fluid on the other side due to the double-walled nature of the plate. In this case, the leaking fluid flows through the safety gap and is removed from the environment. In case of leakage, the plates are surrounded by a special anti-drip tray and are 100% safe.
Another advantage of this series, also known as 'Safetytherm' in the literature, is that it allows for compact design and provides cost and space savings as there is no need for a second fluid cycle.
OptiWave

The fluid is distributed homogeneously on the plate surface thanks to the optimized heat exchanger plate pattern. Thus, high heat transfer coefficients are achieved in the plate heat exchanger.
PosLoc
The PosLoc system keeps the plate pack correctly aligned, reducing the risk of damage to plates and gaskets during maintenance and cleaning and helping extend their service life.
EcoLoc
Thanks to the EcoLoc system used in our plate heat exchangers, which does not require adhesives, heat exchanger gaskets can be replaced easily and quickly. This provides an advantage in operating costs.
